Sara is always outstanding to deal with. In fact everyone in the Service Department is great. I have never had a less than exceptional experience with your Service department.

There is something wrong with my door on my highlander. I bought it in to be told theirs nothing they can do about it. A brand new truck and the passenger side door pops when you open it, and theirs nothing that can be done. I called and told them what was going on with my door i was not told this was a problem with the doors on these trucks. This morning i tolded to a coworker that has the same vehicle same year and theirs nothing wrong with her door it does not pop open like mine does Im going to take it to another toyota dealer and see what they have to say.

A sound was heard in the rear end of my vehicle which is only a few months old. Last time it was in for an oil change they said the tires were fine and recently was told the right rear left tire was bad and causing the sound but took the vehicle to discount tire and was told they were fine so I feel like the situation was not resolved properly.

Vert happy with my truck even though I haven't put a ton of miles on it yet. I know there is a 2nd recall coming up that has to do with tje axles so we'll see what that entails, but I really like the truck.
