Well where do I start had my car over a week had on appointment the 30 at 10:00 never worked on it for 4-5 days told them we were here only 8 days and was headed back to Fl. Called and called no answer from Courtney drove in 3 different days to check on it as we got no return calls. So technician said needed a radio would take two calls. Well that was not the problem . So he was going to call Toyota. They never returned his call so went back in to check on it said they didn’t know what was wrong. So took home. Same way we took it in. So I am calling to check with Toyota my self. Net have I had this kind of treatment from a dealership in my life. So hopefully Fl can fix it and I will never bring my car back. Alysa did take over our case and she did work with us and returned calls and finally gave us loaner car.
