I have always recommended Sunshine Toyota.
Five Stars always until my January 2024 visit.
I believe many employees behind the scenes were doing stellar work, but was disappointing and surprising was the lack of communication. I had to call and ask the status four different times while the team was trying to diagnose a wire problem. All consumers want is communication even when we don’t have solutions. I would have expected a call 48 hours after vehicle was left, after adjuster came, and when the car had been test driven on Monday. I called Tuesday and spoke with Sara and I suggested to try cold starting the car, and if it was still acting ok, she was to call me Wednesday morning and I was to pick up. I waited till noon only to be told Sara was off. She could have said I am off tomorrow. Can I call you with update Thursday or have someone update you. When I called Thursday, Sara was off (hope she was not ill) but I had to ask for service manager, who listen and fully communicated, that is all I wanted was to be kept in the loop. The service manager completely have faith in Toyota again, and problem is still there, but I hope reasonable updates will be communicated. This is just reminder where we failed, and how to improve. Sara had been awesome in past services. Sometimes other things are going on in our lives, I do understand and because of Chris will continue to be Sunshine customer

Korey was very polite. He thoroughly explained what was issue was found, along with the solution and an estimate of the cost. He patiently explained the process for repair. Jeff who completed the service on my car, also checked the antifreeze at my request. Jeff is always very thorough and polite. I feel the work was completed in a timely manner. As always I left Sunshine Toyota with a good feeling, and will continue to recommend Sunshine to others.

I was told when I made the appointment and when I was there it would be 45min to 1 hour. It was over 1.5 hours and I had other commitments that made me late for. Korey still had to complete the clearing of the message as the service team didn’t do it.
