I made an appointment to bring my Highlander in for a recall. I was told it would be about 1-1/2 hours. I decided to wait. After 2-1/2 hours, I walked out to the drop-off area and saw my car was inside (not sure how long it had been there). There was only one person working at the time and they were busy with another couple. I waited and when she was done with them, I asked if my car was finished. She found the paperwork and made the copies, including my receipt. If I would have known it was going to take so long, I would have made arrangements for a ride.

Aiden ride with me to fix the large screen monitor and patiently went at it with different approaches until it too was resolved.
Your service department is so great that my wife now brings her Honda into your dealership for service and recently bought tires there.
