She was rude and lazy to do her job I have Toyota care from tx and she still wanted to charge me for my oil change and she made a comment
She said can you pay and call them later so you can get reimbursed !
Just becouse she didn’t wanna do her damm job never been treated so bad from a Toyota employee such embarrassment

I am disappointed with Toyota to learn that I only had a year of monitor use before I have to pay a subscription fee. I was NOT informed of that at the time of purchase (was it in the ‘small print’). As a result of that fee for a subscription, I would have to think twice about buying another Toyota.

Had to wait 2 hours for an oil change. Asked about a noise the van was making thought it might be transmission. Lady that checked us in said they recommend a flush at 90000 miles and she would have them check and write up a quote. Asked the lady that checked us out about it she said it was in the paperwork. Nothing was there.
