Courtney is why we shop at Sunshine. She is so knowledgeable and kind. I would hire her in a heartbeat if she lived closer. My service department would love her and her abilities. Appreciate her, she deserves it!!!

Korey was great. Service issue wasn’t resolved, but not a result of Korey not doing what he could. I need to find a lower cost repair option. $1500 to repair a heated seat isn’t practical.

You have a fantastic worker in Courtney. She was there at closing when they weren’t done with my car due to an unexpected flat tire they found, and my kid’s daycare was closing. She went above and beyond by letting me borrow her car to make sure I wasn’t too late to pick up my kids. I’ve been coming here for years and I have always been happy with the service. That’s why I come here for all of my simple service needs too, like oil changes. I trust the team and everyone is so nice. Thank you, Courtney, for your amazing customer service!

Sara was great!!

My van is still not fixed and I keep getting told a different story as to what was actually the problem and source. There seems to be a lot of pushing the blame onto other sources, first it was the body shop that put the bumper and now it is because it is an oma part. I feel like there isn't a desire to actually fix the sensor that is defective and should be at this time under warranty because it did work until I had to bring it back for the damage caused at your site for a new paint job, which also voided my warranty work that was in place for the paint to begin with. After several times of Sunshine Toyota removing the bumper to begin with, to replace the sensor and then to fix the damage on the fender for the damage that was done on your site while my van was in your possession. Additionally, I have to call to find out what has actually taken place, even after I am told someone will call on a certain day. Huge lack of communication and caring about doing the right thing is taking place. Super disappointed with this whole situation and that I still have a broken van due to trying to get out of fixing the warranty part. Chris the service manager should be following up but it seems to have been pushed onto Corey. Overall I would never buy a vehicle or have another one serviced here or recommend anyone to come here, will be posting to Google reviews as well with the damage pictures and greasy footprint that is left behind by the service techs. Only positive is the loaner vehicle which has saved my family.

As your aware the original repair went badly. However, you made it right by the time all was said and done. your quick response to Me being stranded was excellent. The loaner vehicle was the saving grace, no disruption in my daily routine. I did machine repair for 40 years things go wrong, it's just a fact. I am sure I'll be back for service in the future.
