Car was there for 24 days. No one called me back after calling over 10 times. I was sent to voicemail every time after being transferred. I was charged about 150 bucks for an oil change and brake check after all of that which is robbery. They were supposed to have put two tires on the vehicle as well but some how in 24 days that never got done but when I came to get the car “we can do it today”. Terrible service, pricing and professionalism all the way around.

I was not informed that an oil change includes tire rotation…I would have opted out because I just got new tires last week. So I just threw away $24 dollars for an unnecessary rotation

Your technician had dirty boots/shoes on and left my drivers side floor mat dirty and greasy so I had to clean that up. Give them shoe covers to wear. Additionally my husband called in based off of the written directions on your key drop box instructions and had to call multiple times to speak to someone. When he finally got to a live person which we think was Courtney, he said what would you ask for a call if no one is answering the calls, her response quoted “I can give you an application to work her if you’d like”. Totally inappropriate as we have had 4 different Toyotas we have purchased from you! We also have a call into Randy our salesman.
