Courtney and the gang are always friendly and responsive. I have friends who question why I have my vehicles serviced at a dealership. It’s because service is well with it and trust has been earned at sunshine Toyota.

The notice telling me about my needing new filters came after someone (not Courtney) said my car was all set. The person didn't mention anything about needing filters and claimed my car had been washed, which it had not. Then someone else called while I was driving home, thinking I was still there, to ask about the filters. They said not to worry about it, as did Courtney when I called from home after looking at the photos showing animal nests. It seems like someone could have walked over and discussed with me rather than assume I had received the photos. I sat for almost 2 hours for an oil change and am now unclear if I need to return before the next oil change.

There is a deep scratch on the side of my van located on a freshly painted/replaced panel that was not there when the van got dropped off. There was a huge greasy foot print located on the passenger side floor. Also wife requested for you to look at which tire pressure sensor was damaged and that was never even completed. The panel that is scratched will need to be fixed my body shop, I will forward you the bill for the correction of this issue. Unacceptable!

Car unknowingly remained on after I thought it was turned off while in my garage after the oil change and tire rotate. The aux battery ran down and car would not respond in any way until I put a jumper to it. This period was approx 5-10 minutes. It should start today & if it does perhaps the tpws will reset. If not, I will need to jump it and take it in to your shop. Wish me luck
