Loaner was not available. Told service would be about 1 hour. Was nearly two hours and that was with an appointment.

To late now, fixed problem myself, miss lead by salesperson about warranty I was sold. Service department couldn't show me anything that demonstrated they did anything to check issue. Just said everything checks out ok. Bring it back if it happens again. So, I've got a 2year old car that I need to carry a jump pack around for next time it don't start, what a joke. It took me 2 minutes to see no green status eye on battery. It was clear, bad battery per owners manual. Not covered under the platinum warranty/ bumper to bumper I was sold, after only having car for 4 months. I'm not happy

Toyota sent out a bulletin on gas fumes in cabin which I continue to experience. Brought it in on 09/05/2023. Technicians couldn’t replicate the issue. The only time I notice it is at start up or first thing when I open door before start up. Dissipates after moving down the road.
