I was very satisfied with my service. Sara was very nice and professional. I appreciated the reminder text message of my appointment as well. I'll be back for future service and repairs. In no way shape or form do I want someone to contact me about anything to do with trading in my truck, paying for more services for my truck or any other sales things. I also don't want to see things about auto insurance from Toyota or third-party vendors. I say this as Toyota's contacted me no less than 10 times since I bought the truck.

On top of all the other negative feedback I left they were supposed to call me and let me know they were bringing my car but they didn’t. Luckily I passed my car on my way down there so I didn’t miss exchanging cars.
