I honestly felt like he couldn't be bothered with me. The only thing he ever said to me directly was that he couldn't help me connect my android phone to my car. Whoever actually serviced my car couldn't even be bothered to reset my clock. This is my second experience with this service department with pretty much the same results. My next Toyota service need will most likely come from another dealership even if it will be less convenient.

My appointment was for a tire rotation, and checking fluids, tire pressure, air filter, fluids, etc. I was greeted upon arrival, and asked for a computer procedure to be explained. The service man did this easily and with a smile. I waited in the waiting area for a relatively short time, and the car was ready. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, and polite.

I’ve never had bad service through the years till this time. I had a couple scuff marks on my hood. With what looked like food on my hood. I went to leave and my hood wasn’t shut all the way. So I tried shutting it and now it won’t close all the way. So they stuck a screwdriver in it got it to close. So a few hours later my daughter needed a jump. So I went almost to Nile’s and now my hood won’t open. Oh and when I got in the car it smelled like cigarettes. I’m a non smoker. So no I’m not happy at all. I will be calling Monday.
