Bernie did a great job taking care of me. I came in to get my key programmed and wasn't expecting anything else. The next thing I know Bernie said the battery is dead and replaced it and did something with my backup camera on the car. It was the most pleasant experience I have had at a dealership in a long time and very much appreciated!
