The only thing that was concerning was the multi point inspection. My brakes were in the yellow at last service and I have not had them replaced yet but they were checked as green this inspection. Just makes you wonder if anything was really checked.

When we bought the truck we found a small spot where there was no paint near the rear dooe handle. Leo said we can get it fixed when we brought it in to get the ceramic coating. We were told by Nate that there would be a loaner car for us while the truck was being worked on. When we got there for our 2:00 appointment, we were told there was no loaner car. Nate did get us a used car to borrow that hadn't been cleaned out yet. When we got the truck back, I looked over the paint and saw the spot was still there, nothing had been done to fix it. I told Nate about it and he ssid we'd have to come back and get it fixed later and that I'd probably get gas money for my next trip from Georgetown. I don't have an appointment for that next visit. I THINK he was going to look into what happened then call me. But I don't know... So, am I totally satisfied? No.

While he did adjust the left headlight, there’s still an upper shadow that prevents the headlights from lighting up a normal distance ahead of the vehicle. I will be returning. It is unsafe to drive at night right now.
