115 dollars for a oil change and tire rotation. 60 dollars labor. Too much. When I booked through the website it said estimated 60 dollars. There was a 8.50 charge for something called shop supplies.

The service experience with Lillie Webb was great. She was very personable, efficient and timely.
However, my appointment was scheduled for 9:30 am and my to wait time was two hours. I know that I had a few things that had to be done but that wait time seemed excessive.
