All other dealers that I want no part of send me coupons, it’s almost impossible to get a discount on an oil change with you guys. $10 or so would be a nice savings, considering other dealers offer it, or more.

Matt was wonderful. It was super busy and he was one of the only ones working. He still took his time with each customer. My husband also had an appointment that day and needed a lot of work done. Stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes in service before anyone ever said a word to us. 3 people there in computers. Nobody said anything to acknowledge us. After determining the issue with my vehicle, I was told that I could leave it with them since they already had it broken down to repair. I asked the man that was helping us “how he expected us to get home?” He never responded. So how was I supposed to leave my car there for service with no way home? I had really never had a bad experience here. Something definitely seemed to be off with everyone.
