I paid a lot of extra money for paint and dent protection when I bought my vehicle. But it turns out that all of the things I was promised it was for, toyota won't touch, I have to report it to my insurance. If I'm just taking it to my insurance for everything, why did I pay you extra for this protection?

Got the truck back after some very extensive engine work (head gasket replacement) and everything so far has been running great. I did find though that the Freon levels for the AC were empty however, but I fixed that easy enough.

I had an 12:30 appointment on Thursday 7/6 for an oil change and tire rotation and balancing. I could see that you all were busy, but I had no indication that I would be waiting over 2 hours. When I went out to inquire about how much longer it would be, I came to find out that my car was finished, and that my paperwork was just sitting there (for who knows how long) waiting to be closed out. If I had just sat there and waited with out checking on the status of my vehicle, who knows how long it would have taken. I left that appointment very frustrated and irritated.

Was I satisfied with oil change, yes, BUT...I had an apt at 11:15 am and left 1:45 pm. I don't know if services are scheduled too close together or what the problem is. If I have something major done I can see taking a while, but when I have an apt just for a small service done, it shouldn't take 2 1/2 hours.Ill definitely drop off and pick up next day for now on.

Not sure whose fault this is. But I stated on my last visit that the lumbar button was malfunctioning. The power lumbar still worked. I was told they had to order the parts and I would be contacted when it came in. I was not. I called weeks later to ask about the part. It was in. I scheduled the service repair. I sat for 3 hours waiting only to discover that they replaced the power lumbar motor and not the switch and that it had to be ordered. So I will have to go back again. Now the switch is backwards and you have to toggle up and down on the switch instead of front to back. I’m hoping this is resolved when I go back for service. If not I will be scheduling all my service at another dealership. Thank you.
