When the invoice came it had a charge for tire rotation. We bought tires there and it should have been no charge. Plus there is a note in the file for no charge per Steve. She took it back to remove the $35 charge. When I got home I noticed I was still charged $10.50

I called and made an appointment, they were able to meet my time requirements, when I arrived a gentleman open the door and instructed me in, sent me in to the service dept where Trevor greeted me and went out to visually inspect my vehicle, came back in and checked out my info and said they’d call me when it was completed, all in all a satisfactory experience
