I went in to the dealer and told them I had bad gas so they drain the tank. Just go go 100 miles and for more water to be in my gas. There is no way the tank even got cleaned all the way out I was told at this new place

I had an appointment for 3:00 for a simple tire rotation. I waited for over an hour and a half!! Why the hell did I have an appointment? Two strong suggestions:
1-Schedule appointments further apart so customers don’t have to wait so long.
2-When the service department is so backed up that it’s obvious that upcoming appointments won’t be able to start in a timely manner, call the customer(s) to reschedule. Our time is important too, you know.
Now that my extended warranty has expired, I will go elsewhere for service if this crap happens again.

Tad bit more expensive than thought. Unable to perform all tasks I desired. 4 wheel alignment pulls little too much to left at speed. Although I was happy with service staff and timely response to all inquiries.

I arrived for my oil change appointment around 10:30 A.M. As Mr. Hinds was checking me in, I mentioned that my vehicle's tires may be due for replacement. He checked each tire's tread with a gauge and said each tire was at a 4, and Toyota South recommends replacement when tire tread reaches a 3. We then discussed that October was a tire sale month, so I agreed to replace the tires during this appointment. After choosing the new tires, Mr. Hinds told me I should expect to "sit awhile" in the lobby because a few customers ahead of me were also buying tires, and the garage only had one station for balancing and aligning tires. I moved to the lobby and expected a two-to-three hour wait. I waited for the entire rest of the day for approximately 7.5 hours. I was disappointed that Mr. Hinds gave me no updates throughout the day about the status of my vehicle although he entered the lobby numerous times to interact with other customers. Finally, Lillie Webb noticed I had been waiting for hours and checked on me. She told me Mr. Hinds shift had ended by that point and explained that some of the tire processing equipment had not been working properly throughout the day. Ms. Webb promised that she would check on my vehicle's status and do everything in her power to make things right. Approximately an hour or so later, my vehicle was ready for checkout, and Ms Webb applied some discounts because of the long wait. All of the service reps, including Mr. Hinds, worked hard all day to manage customers and vehicle check-ins and checkouts. I simply wish Mr. Hinds would have made an effort to give me some update on my vehicle over the 7.5 hours I waited patiently in the lobby. I deeply appreciate Ms. Webb's concern and efforts to help me at the end of a very long day.

Every time I go to pay my bill it’s always higher than it’s supposed to be. I ALWAYS provide my own motor oil. I always buy my tires from Toyota South. I ALWAYS ask for an oil filter and ask for a free tire rotation. They always get the correct price AFTER I tell them
If my wife or other family member went to get the oil changed they wouldn’t know this. I would really like this matter resolved once and for all. Thanks
