I am not happy about paying for the oil change. I was told I had four free oil changes. Today’s should have been my last one. I was not informed that I was going to have to pay until everything was done. Will not be back for any service.

It took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get my oil changed and tires rotated. This is completely unacceptable. At 1 hour and 15 minutes I was asked if I wanted my breaks serviced. So it took that long to determine my brakes needed service? Wouldn’t that be when my tires are being rotated? I made an early appointment as I needed to be in Versailles at 10am. I didn’t leave the dealership until 10am. I have been coming to your dealership for service in my Camry almost the entire 13 years I have owned it. After today, I will begin looking for another place to have service done on my Camry. There is no way that the service I asked for today should take as long as it did. There were multiple people that came and went while I waited. Very frustrated and disappointed.

Check in went fine. Service was done quickly. When I was notified that the service was complete, I asked the person calling to make sure that I could pay over the phone because I would be picking it up after you closed on Saturday. He said he would have someone call me. After about 45 minutes of no one calling, I called and asked to speak to someone so I could pay and make sure I got my key back. I got an answering machine and no one called me back before closing. I now have to make an extra trip to pay & get my key

We did not get our valve stem caps put back on when we had our tires rotation. We went and bought Walmart covers but would like to have the toyota covers. It's not a really big deal but we need everything done.
