Went in for a diagnosis on my vehicle, when my diagnosis was complete, I told him I had to think about what I wanted to do. He told me to wait in the waiting room while he got my vehicle ready to leave and I sit in there for almost an hour waiting to get my car, and I walked back in there to ask how much long it was going to be and another employee asked who my advisor was and I told her who and he said he had the paperwork right there, just haven't had time to complete it and she said she would take care of it and 2 minutes later my car is ready to leave. Feel like I shouldnt have to wait a whole hour for my vehicle to be ready to leave after I got my diagnosis
