I will not be returning for service as your prices for oil change and tire rotation are way out of line in my opinion

Just did $5400.00 of repairs and maintenance on Highlander, had it serviced yesterday. Got ready to leave and stated I needed front brake pads. Why wasn’t this mentioned when we did the massive amount of work earlier? Also why wait until time to leave. Was going out of town and did not have time to have pads replaced.
Not a huge issue but don’t understand why it wasn’t mentioned earlier.

I have brought my truck to you every 5000 miles religiously relying and trusting that you are servicing and inspecting it. But yesterday I was told I needed brake pads and rotaries an unexpected 500.00 added. So I was taken back because I would had thought the pads would had been caught at my prior visit. I am a widow and really rely on companies services being trustworthy and reliable. But as always your employees are always nice and professional. And I have bought 4 vehicles from you .

I always have a great experience with servicing my car but this visit the service rep called and told me my total would be $550 and I told him to proceed with the service. When I picked my car up if was over $700. The cashier was able to explain each charge but I would have preferred to know the out of door total and not had the suprise that it was actually $200 more than quoted.
