Everything was great except for cashier told me it was customary for keys to be left in car. I walked to my car, which Was locked and no keys. I have mobility issues @ disabled. I told cashier my service rep brought keys to them but she fibbed to me.

It was a complete waste of my time. I was told my vehicle would be cleaned and inspected and I would be able to ask questions about the features. While I waited for the inspection and cleaning no one approached me to see if I had any questions. When I received my vehicle back it had water spots all over it and the interior had not been cleaned.
