The tires were rotated during my service visit. The front and rear tires should have different pressure settings and so after rotation the pressures need to be re-adjusted. This was not done so I will have to adjust pressures myself.

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived early. The appointment took over two hours. When I asked about the delay, I was told they were shorthanded; then, that they had a kitten emergency. I am glad that the kittens were ok. Unfortunately, this is the norm with the service department. I have been bringing cars in for service since 2018, always with an appointment. My time is not honored and I am always there for twice the amount of time that it should take and I am always given excuses.
