I do not believe the service advisor was to blame but the technician. My air filters was filthy and I changed them my self after arriving home. No one told me the condition of my filters. I have emailed Andrew Whitaker pictures.

This is the second time I've been to Toyota South. I would give you a B+ this time. I had new tires mounted and an alignment done. At the conclusion of my service I asked to see the before and after of the alignment. The sheet given to me showed that one of the specs was still in the red - "out of spec" after the alignment. The service tech was not able to explain so he went and got the alignment tech to come talk to me. I was told why it didn't matter that it was out of spec. I was told "it's ok and won't make a difference in the wear of ride of the car". I'm an engineer by training, so when I see that something is out of specification, I'd like to know why. I was not satisfied with the explanation but decided that since I'm not an expert on alignment, I guess I'll just have to accept the answer. But I'm still left wondering why the garage even measures this particular specification if it "doesn't matter". Further, I just went to get my paperwork to make sure I had the right details on the spec. I didn't get a copy of the alignment, it stayed with the copy of the work that was given to the billing clerk. Thx.

Being that I had an appointment. I believe I should’ve been told my vehicle wouldn’t be washed and the paint touch up pin wouldn’t be there. I have a hour drive just to come to Richmond from Frankfort. I could’ve used that 3hrs wasted in time and gas washing my vehicle and having the touch up sent to my house as it is anyway. Since my vehicle was purchased there someone should’ve known that my 4Runner couldn’t be ran through the car wash y’all have on site. Doesn’t seem like caring to me. Waste of time.

Car was to be picked up but didn’t happen. So I was 40 min late for appointment since I live in Lexington. THEN I sat for 3 hours before someone comes out and said the parts just got there and they are ready to start the 3 hour job.
