I don’t think I’ve ever left a review before and I’ve always been satisfied with the service I’ve received and would recommend Toyota South to anyone but I wanted to write this review to recognize Trevor because I thought his costumer service was outstanding!!

A potentially bad situation was turned into a good situation by the professionalism of Cole Notestine. I was given a quote of $386 and then charged over $615. At the dealership, I was only offered $100 discount for their mistake. I contacted the dealership to speak to a manager he immediately called me back and made the situation completely correct. This was all done on a Friday afternoon after he had already left the dealership I appreciate the professionalism and customer service. Thank you.
