I was happy that the tech found out my brake fluid needed changed but very unhappy to find out that out of all the times since 2016 and since all the times I asked service dept “does my car need anything done” that not once in 8 years did they catch or change my brake fluid. I really think I deserve my money back on the 177.00 charge for this brake fluid service. I want to know why no caught this from 2016-2024 except the young lady that helped me today. The only complaint I have is my wheel lock came up missing after my service. I’m not saying it was misplaced there but my tire was removed to inspect it and a nail was found. When I went to the business I bought the tire from for them to replace it they couldn’t get the tire off . I then went to the Toyota dealership close to my house and had them remove the locked lug nuts and replace them with non locking ones which I had to purchase.
