I was told there would be a person there to explain items in my car. I didn’t know the guy in the red shirt at the desk didn’t know any more than I did so I had to tell him to get my salesman, Rene, and then at the end they told me my car was ready. I got my son in there and then I noticed they said it had been washed but it hadn’t been washed so we had to wait again ffor them to wash it
