I could not have asked for better service

My service for an oil change and tire rotation was scheduled for 8:45 and I left TS at 10:30. It was an excessively long time to wait for a simple service to be completed. Also I was asked after my car was ready if I wanted the air filters changed, this is after I had waited 1.75 hours. Having those filters changed was going to be almost $100 and likely another hour if my time. It just doesn’t seem like the service process is very efficient. Why wouldn’t I have been asked earlier about changing out the filters? How would a tire rotation and oil change take 1.75 hours? I believe minus maybe a couple of one off service visits I have always come to TS. I am now debating whether to do choose TS again for service.
