They spent quite a bit of time figuring out what was going on with my vehicle. AND were even nice explaining that it was our dog barrier that was causing the issue, after they had spent the time checking all possible issues. Then helped brainstorm how to keep dog barrier and have the issue not occur again. Very helpful.
