Came all the way down here for tires with appointment for 8am. Tires never even came in, or they sold them to someone else, and nobody bothered calling us to change appointment until tomorrow. Tires are supposed to be here this evening so now we have to give up our plans for tomorrow to make another trip down here for tomorrow. Hopefully your staff will be more considerate of their customers valuable time and notify them if a status appointment needs to be changed, by the day before or at least early enough to not inconvenience them.
