First, I will say it was a Monday. We got there at 8:50 for a 9:00 appointment. We left there at 11:15. I was disappointed that it took so long and still did not get complimentary car wash.

I believe the multipoint inspection is “pencil-whipped”. My horn hasn’t worked for years, but I continue to see inspection sheets that indicate it’s fine. I am left wondering “What else on that form is not actually inspected?”

Word of mouth is Toyora South grwat service. When mistakes do happen, quickly resolved. My intention is to bring my other Toyotas to South also. Not big item but since you asked, lol. Waiting room compared to other dealerships not as comfortable and needs remodel.
