Well, it beat the heck out of last visit when I waited for 6 hours only to be told the tire wasn't in stock and would have to be ordered. Was then told it wouldn't be available until late the next day or possibly the day after that. I called the next morning and a different guy told me to bring the car up - tires are delivered in the morning. I went up there and waited 3 hours for the tire to be put on. Had to go back again (this current visit) because the tires weren't balanced when they put the new one on. Exhausting. SO glad that this most recent visit went smoothly.

I was shocked when I found out my last free oil change was going to be FREE.
I called for an appointment about three weeks ago your agent and told her my maintenance light on she said according to your records it would be October 2, 2023 for my check. I came and it was not free. I wasn’t pleased to say the least.

Matt, we are usually more than satisfied with service and have been since making first purchase in 2016.
However, I had just finished detailing my wife’s Avalon that was serviced Fri/Sat, and was surprised to see some wrappers from a little container had been knocked over—no big there but left in floor. Also, grease stains left on passenger side door interior. Also, unlike usual case, no paper mats placed before service was performed.
On the whole, these are minor things, but “sloppy,” to be honest and not at par with what we have come to expect as top notch service and attention to detail. This is the first negative experience we have had and hopefully will not be repeated. Thanks, Matt!
