I went in for a 35,000 or 40,000 mile service and was told that the 40,000 mile service covered spark plug change and oil change. I was never informed on how long it would take or the cost of the service. When I asked, they said it was an hour and a half labor for the spark plugs but I was at the dealership for 3.5 hours and when I got the bill, it was $629. I thought there was a requirement to give and estimate over a certain dollar amount and I never received that. Also, I was charged around 3 hours labor for something they said was an hour and a half labor charge, making the need for an estimate even that much more important. I was irritated at the price of this. I’m not very happy with this experience.

I came in for an oil change. They inspect everything. The technician told me the air filter for the cabin was a little dirty, but not enough to change.
After I got home, and started to go somewhere else, I heard a strange sound coming from my air conditioner. I just drove right back, and told them. A bit of debris had gotten into the ac, and the fan was hitting it. They got it out quickly, and I was on my way. I
