I was surprised that they itemized report that was given to me said that the oil was not changed in my 2024 Toyota Camry as this was the first oil change for this car since I bought it brand new off the delivery truck on Oct. 10, 2023. In every other brand new car that I have ever owned, the initial oil that was put into the car from the manufacturer was ALWAYS changed. As the service dept. Always said that oil was the"break the engine in" for the first thousand miles of any brand new engine. I do not know why the oil was NOT changed in this/my car for it's first scheduled inspection. A good explanation of WHY the oil was not changed would be appreciated. Thank you.

I really love doing business with your company. Your service department always takes good care of me. I have no complaints except I would have liked it if someone would have suggested that I have a brake and injection flush. I am a women and would never think to do this. I haven’t missed a service so I thought this was done and now I am at 100,000 miles and this car was purchased new from you. I would think that these services would be important to prolong the life of my car. The Nashville Toyota does suggest this.
