After my oil change, my car was parked out front. I kept waiting for someone to come and tell me it was done. Finally after 20 mins waiting I went up to someone and asked about my car. Apparently my service advisor had went to lunch so was waiting on someone else to check me out. Waited about 15 more minutes and finally checked out and left. I was the only one left in the waiting area and had no idea my advisor was gone.
