The technician who actually inspected my car and provided the video report of it did great. Video was friendly and descriptive. My only gripe was with the Service guys who received my car, specifically the person working Bay 2 yesterday who had on a surgical mask. I came in at 1:57 for a 2pm appointment and stood on the service floor not 3 feet in front of this guy for almost 5 minutes before I finally said hello to him to get his attention. Rather than giving me some sort of a greeting or expectation of helping me he just flat ignored me, and once I got his attention he said he was working on something else and was not available. Had he just said that from the get go, rather than letting me stand there for several minutes I would have been totally fine and found someone else to help me.
