Will not buy another Toyota. Bought this Highlander from you; always had service done at your place; you have never fixed radio problem. Can not make out what other person is saying in hands free.

The service representative was very very hard to understand! With the wind blowing and him wearing a mask, he was difficult to communicate with. Also, we still have maintenance required on our vehicle.

Had an apt at 8:45 and didn’t leave until 11:15 for a simple oil change. No updates while waiting over 2 hours and I was late for an important meeting I had at 12 over the delay.

I was satisfied with the service receive on my vehicle!

Scheduled appt. Nov. 2, for 1:45pm, arrived at the shop at 1:05; Guy in the office said he will give my keys to service advisor he will come to the waiting area to finish my vehicle ticket, no one never came to greet me, at 2:10 I walked to the garage window didn’t see my car, thought oil changes were at the other end, at 2:45 no vehicle seen, at 3:02 I saw the tech taking off my tires to rotate, I asked a guy why was I not notified they are running 1 hr and 20 minutes behind! He got my service advisor and Devin apologized tech was running behind. I was never approached by a service advisor with a greeting or any info on my Honda. My vehicle was at 3:32, even though I was told it takes an hour for an oil change, I hope he topped off my fluids! I get home and see the tech didn’t put my Honda wheel key lock back in the case, I called Devin on Friday morning he said he would ask the tech, Devin called me back. I called on Monday talked to someone he said I could pickup my key lock anytime, I drove back to the shop and picked up my key lock. Devins manager said he would not charge me for the service, I told Devin I don’t expect a free service but was very upset Devin didn’t even know my car wasn’t ready on time nor concerned about his customer. I only take my Honda to a dealership as they usually are more dependable than a free standing facility. I went to a Ford dealership in my small city in Florida for 10 years for my oil changes w/o any problems. I wanted to find a facility to use as my every oil change.

I waited 5 weeks for my fob to come in and so my wife walked in to check on it and she was told it came in a week earlier. It was on the shelf but no one called. Also the key was missing and we still have to wait for that to be mailed. Why was the key missing?

Great customer service. Only downside is I was there for almost an hour and a half.

I came there to get an oil change for my 2020 Toyota Highlander. I also asked if they could look at my temperature control panel because it was very slightly loose on just one corner. They printed an estimate of over 800 dollars. When they where finished and I got in the car it was way worse than when I brought it in. I immediately notified the service rep. and he brought another guy out to look. They both said the technician didn't do anything to it and did not offer any further help. Rather than argue about it I will be taking my vehicle to another dealer and will NEVER Buy another vehicle there. I'll also tell everyone I know about this also.
