My interaction with Steve convinced me that I need to buy my next Toyota at John Roberts. I have dealt with two other Toyota service departments in the past. Steve’s professionalism, courtesy, and accommodating manner convinced me I need to become a John Roberts customer. He is definitely a keeper.
