Had to get a headlight replaced and Spencer fit us in and it wad done in about half an hour. Very happy with his help in getting this done.

The notice for the recall was still showing in my console after having left the dealership. When I called to inquire, I was told to return to speak to the Service Rep. when I returned, another employee said, “Oh, that takes some time to update in the system and clear.” This information would have been beneficial during the initial call and would have saved a return trip/time. Otherwise, the experience was pleasant.
