I was there for over 3 hours which is absolutely ridiculous to wait that long. They also said that I needed some kind of filter replaced and I needed to pay for it. First of all I lease both vehicles and it hasn’t been a year yet. it should be covered under warranty and if it isn’t. It is absolutely ridiculous that a filter needs to be replaced under a year.

Jason Levasseur service manger was very rude and not professional and should not be a service manger needs more better customer service training and how to speak to customers no Matter what the situation and actually listen to the customer and having very condescending towards questions me if I can pay he made me feel very uncomfortable and I didn’t want to speak to him and Jason said told me wowwww…… and I didn’t like that comment went I told respectfully I don’t want to speak to him also
The service teams frank was very un organized never call me for service I constantly had to keep calling and try to charge me for a rental and I never received one this is the worst worst Toyota and will never see again

I was told my front tires are running very low and it's better to change it, but I remember I changed four tires just a year ago at Costco. So I went to Costco tire center and have them take a look at my tires, and they told me my tires are consumed only 20%. I am very much disappointed by your false inspection.
