my vehicle was left drippy/dirty/streaky because someone put both front and rear windshield wipers on but did not wash the car. There were concern notes (27) regarding non-toyota floor mats which I did not make, I have mats that came with the vehicle purchase.
Ana was great in checking me in. I was told tires would be rotated and oil changed, hard to tell on my print out if that is what was done.

Anna is an incredible customer service rep.
Picking up my car after service was not smooth at all and. Luis be improved- basically the team had no idea where my car was - cars for other people as well. One employee (woman) was very frustrated that she could not find it and wanted to be a driver- clearly disputes among employees.
Again Anna was incredible and found my car!
