I wish Francisco would’ve updated me before he left for the day. I would say it was difficult when I first met him because I was frustrated with Toyota app and Apple CarPlay, which Toyota is doing a horrible job interfacing.
Thank you for the other person that responded for Franciso. At 5:40 at night.. SOUTH COAST TOYOTA went out of the way to pick me up even though the shuttle has stopped. I really appreciate..
Whatever you do, don’t get rid of Jason. He’s a glue that binds your service department together..
