I have been having trouble with my ASB cord/connection for a while now and the service department can’t seem to find the problem. The said my cord (cable that came with my car when I purchased it) was a low voltage cord and that could be the problem. I don’t blame the staff or techs, but it would be nice if I could get that fixed. I even have a video of it happening. Also, my car wasn’t washed after it was serviced. Other than that, the service was great

It's all a bit overwhelming. You fix something; then you tell me it is not fixed? Such as,the gasket repaired on the transmission. Now - they marked a bolt on the transmission? leaking? After some 20 years I do not see leaks on the ground - when it is parked. Thank you, Albert.

I was very pleased with the service (daughter’s Corolla) provided by Ms. Ochoa. I especially appreciated that she took me over to the cashier the complete the final paperwork. Now I know where to go and what to expect there. This experience was lacking at the Toyota of HB where I had taken my son’s Corolla for service last year. I received a text that my car was ready so I stood around for some time until the service person came around and passed by me. I had to go up to him to ask where my car was and then he told me I had to go to the cashier. This is the reason why I wanted to give try South Coast Toyota to see if there was a service difference and there was. Thanks!

I waited 2.5 hours for a basic oil change. I booked an appointment a day before at 11am for my car to be serviced. I arrived even early There were no cars when I pulled up to drop it off. I do not understand why there is appointment system available if you can’t honor it. They didn’t start working on my car till 1245pm which was 2 hours after. I could understand if I was walk-in and my wait time can be unexpected and longer. 2.5 hours for just an oil with the appointment? I’m very disappointed by the service I have received.

Every time I have attempted to call John it goes to voicemail, John has yet to return ANY calls. John is not responsive. My car has been in the service center since 10/26 and John still has not answered my questions of why my certified pre owned vehicle has consistently had MPI concerns with put tires to specs since before I purchased the vehicle. I also told the service center that there are times when my car drives rough and they question me, coming to find out that the prior owner had accelerating issues where the SC recommended ongoing balancing to help with the “shimmy” I am gaslighted over & over again from a defective battery to my tires where I purchased the wheel & tire coverage but they were telling me no I lm not covered & I need to pay approx $400 for 1 tire, same thing with the battery so I am traumatized. I want my car fixed
