This was my first experience with South Coast Toyota. My wife recently brought her 2024 Toyota Prius from Toyota Dealer in West Covina, she had a routine oil change, but my wife mentioned a few concerns I was having with my Toyota Tacoma. Ana listened carefully to my wife’s concerns and followed up promptly. I came back to Toyota, and they provided me with a second laser key fob and resolved my issue with the gas pump, which was thankfully still covered under warranty.

Your waiting room is completely awful!! Torn up couches extremely uncomfortable furniture. Very thick dust on all wall hangings. Has anybody in management ever seen the waiting room? You all should be ashamed at what this says about what you think of your customers!! Fix it or I won’t be back!!

My car was totally dead after a few days in the driveway. I had to pay to have it jumped and then you say it just needs a battery charge. Is this going to happen every time I leave for a few days?? Also on my paperwork it states that a bunch of comments about satisfaction that I never stated. I would like to see proof that this battery is still good as I will be out in this car alone and come home to a dead car in the future. I bought a 10. Year warranty but not happy so far.
