I understand that the systems were down on Saturday but I never got a call about my car being ready. I arrived around 7:40am to drop off my car and the intake took a while bc of the system issues which I understand by the time it was all done it was just after 8am it was in for just an oil change the rep said it would be about 2 hours. I never got a call to advise that my car was ready. I looked up the hours and good thing I did because it closed at 5 and it was almost 4pm. I called and after so many loops got someone that said I would get a call back which I never got so I showed up at 4:40pm in hopes that my car would be ready. I tried to tell the person that checked me out but they seemed overwhelmed and it ultimately was not their fault. Today Tuesday 9/3 I get a text saying that my vehicle is serviced and ready to come home when I already have it. If I hadn’t looked up the hours and taken the initiative to go in I probably wouldn’t have had my car until today. Please do better with communication.

I had an appointment at 4:15 for a simple tire rotation and fix flat.. I was told “it would be done in an hour, hour and a half tops” then proceeded to watch my car go untouched for over an hour. Then I mentioned no one has started working on my car. I asked if they “could you guarantee it would be done by 6” I was told with confidence “oh yeah well have it done by six” I then waited and someone started actually working on it at 5:45. I got my car back at 6:20, unwashed. I asked if they had put the spare tire back on the car correctly under the car and they reassured me they had. So I went and checked it wasn't there… they just threw it in the trunk. So I had to do it myself later because I was short on time. When I expressed my disappointment in their performance they started to lecture me on how I was the one out of line. Luckily they waived the tire repair fee. Look, normally a two hour service wouldn’t be an issue but I was late to an important meeting. Live up to your word. If you don’t have many technicians in the afternoon you shouldn’t allow that many folks to book appointments. I hear Toyota commercials saying “we make it easy on you” but it honestly would have been easier to do it myself.
