Raymond was perfectly nice, but I was told my air filter was dirty and would likely need to be replaced at the next service appointment. I just had that replaced during my appointment 2 months ago. I have to assume either the service wasn't performed that I paid for last time or that I was lied to at this appointment about the current condition. In either case I will likely be going elsewhere for future service appointments because I no longer trust your location.

I decided to stay in the lobby because I was told under 90 minutes. It turned out to be 2 hr 15 min. Should I have known I would have left and spent my time elsewhere. Previously when I had service with you guys the staffs were courteous to give me an update when it was taking longer than quoted, but not this time. When I asked for an update at the 2 hour mark, there were no apologies about the time it was taking or sense of urgency, but Ana was slightly rude and defensive.

Service was good. It’s just that I guess your phone lines were down computer whatever your system wasn’t working. I waited three hours longer just to get my car and calls back but it’s OK. It looks great. I always go there, but that was the only problem and it’s not your fault that’s computers. What should’ve taken an hour and a half took all day, but it’s OK

I feel like my son was overcharged. There is a $196 charge for jumping the car? Let’s say it was to replace the battery. How long does it take to change a battery?
