Notification of service completion was slow. I said i would need a ride back too. I had to call to find out if my car was ready, no one called me after 2.5 hrs when they told me it would be about 1.5 hrs and then I still had to wait 40 minutes to be picked up! I just wish someone would have called and scheduled my pick up as soon as the service was completed. That’s all.
