Ray was excellent…. Only concern is for last few days running truck…. Strong odor of fuel or oil smell burning. Drove 80 miles and parked truck in garage. Odor still very strong throughout garage after sitting for few minutes .
May bring back if it continues next week.

Ray was great as always. I was confused and disappointed by the fact I got a text message where a service charge was going to be $1500 and when Ray called to discuss all the work directly he said it was going to be $2500 instead. I really don’t understand how a mistake like that goes out in the texts. Stop the service if it’s not accurate. My cost going up by $1000 is meaningful. My repair was also stretched out by three days because the wrong parts shipped. I love south coast Toyota but this wasn’t a great experience.
