Sam was fine. However, problem is NOT RESOLVED. I have been fighting this issue for nearly 4 weeks and after I don't know how many damn calls and texts, nothing is changed as the truck still has the vibration it came in with. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau Thursday morning and filing an official complaint. I need this vehicle to be ???? % right and it is anything but that. My patience is out the windows and I do NOT have time to keep messing around.
