Service Technician tried recommending new tires for the front. I had explained to the technician multiple times that I had brought the exact same tires from an online vendor (The tires were inside of the truck at the time). Unfortunately, the Technician failed to state before performing service the mechanics were unable to do a wheel alignment because of those tires. I would have liked if the option to use the tires I had brought & performed the services I needed. But the technician only wanted me to use tires brought from him.
